As part of our work, Lodge Solutions may capture photographs and videos at events, activations, projects, property visits and hospitality experiences.

Where appropriate, we will tag relevant social media accounts so those featured can also share the content with their audiences.

If you do not wish to be featured in public-facing photographs or videos, please inform the LS team before filming or at the activity. We will respect agreed restrictions and handle requests to review published content appropriately. We also welcome clients and partners sharing content from joint activities and tagging @lodgesolutions.
Our aim is to make content creation an added-value part of working with LS: helping tell your story and extend its reach while respecting privacy, confidentiality and agreed preferences. Where identifiable individuals are featured, we will follow applicable consent and privacy requirements. This policy is not blanket permission to publish every photograph or video.
